The challenge
Synextra had an MVP customer portal that was functional but the user journeys were clunky and unintuitive. They needed to better enable their internal team and customers with a quoting tool and client management area.
Our approach
Following a workshopping process with Synextra, we wireframed the new user journeys. Our team created UI design prototypes to represent the final interface design and provide the developers with everything they need to code the new portal interface.

Quoting tool
Synextra needed to provide their clients with a quoting tool that would enable them to independently build a package that they could purchase. Their quoting process combines a number of different steps, including different technology selections with further options available to the client based on their previous selections.
We created a streamlined ‘create a quote’ flow that chunked the technology selections and provided dynamic fields based on the user selections so far. Our goal was to simplify the process and clearly signal the steps to receiving the quote.
The UI
We created a design system that provides a flexible structure for Synextra’s development team and will enable them to continue to grow and innovate the product.
The design system ensures that data within the platform is presented clearly, consistently and in line with Synextra’s brand.
