We're looking for a charismatic and highly communicative graduate UX/UI Designer who loves to innovate, create and push the boundaries. In return we offer a competitive salary and an opportunity for real career progression within the company.

Working as part of a wider team of marketeers, developers and digital creatives you'll be working on a mix of digital projects (websites and apps), branding, campaigns and more. You will be deadline-oriented, open to critique/improvement and a multi-tasker. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a must.

You’ll have:

  • A degree in Design or a design related field
  • Motivation to learn and develop whilst working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for designing for web and keeping up with the latest trends
  • Experience of designing across various devices
  • An energetic, can do mentality
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Sketch would be an advantage
  • A strong eye for detail and passion for perfection

The Role

  • Working alongside the Creative Director to produce sitemaps, wireframes and designs for a wide range of clients

  • Considering how designs will work across desktop, tablet and mobile

  • Create engaging user experiences with a beautifully designed interface

  • Working closely with clients

  • Keeping up to date with web design and UI trends

  • Bringing your own creative flare to the table
